It is very suitable for some hard core jobs such as high reinforcement concrete with bigger rebar inside.

When you are facing difficulty on core a hole , try this core drill bit and you will experience how well it perform the core jobs.

We have try and get some core results for your references

Core Jobs Specs : Cured Concrete with G40 , 4 layers of Y25mm rebar with a gap of 25mm separately,

Dimas 3000W Core drill machines, Core Depth : 250mm , Diameter : 100mm/4″, wet core.

Over the 10 holes we have core, the average speed is about 3 minutes / hole. The segment wears off from 10mm to 4mm.

难道眼前的利益真的重要过客户的使用安全吗？

最近我一直都前往工地拜访和了解切割用户使用锯片的状况，看看那些质量是我需要改进的地方。很意外的发现到用户使用瓷砖片（圆锯片）来切割红砖墙和混凝土。

为何选择这个锯片切割红砖墙？他们说因为这个产品很红，很好卖，没问题，所以我就买了。

安全吗？不知道，不过还好，都没事。

您知道切割红砖或混凝土使用涡轮片会更安全吗？不知道。不过涡轮片很贵，至少它是贵过这个片。

其实，瓷砖片（圆-连续齿）的锯片的散热功能是最弱的。不适合用来长时间切割厚的建筑材料如红砖或混凝土，这时会导致钢板面对爆裂或因过热而走样。这可能会因此造成客户的严重意外发生啊！。更何况现在的瓷砖片的刀齿就只有5mm以下的高度。如果切割红砖，我们真的可以为用户省钱吗？说什么物超所值？说什么产品保证？我们身为锯片主要厂家或销售商却因利益而埋没了我们专业的精神，掩盖了客户对我们的信任和期待。

什么是好的售后服务？什么是专业？利益至上或许真的可以改变一个人的思路和理念。

用户会使用我们的锯片都是因为信任我们的产品质量，因此我们更不应该为了利益而忽略了用户使用锯片的安全性啊！

说实在的，我们COOLMAN在市场上是不过是2年多的时光。这些日子里，我们去到哪都不受广大欢迎，我们的销售员处处都遇到拒绝和冷漠的对待，甚至还有些人诬蔑我们到工地花钱要求用户使用COOLMAN的产品。或许是我们价格高，服务不好，质量很差，牌子没听说过等等，但身为领导的我，这些对我来说一点都不重要，更激发了我们坚持一个健康的理念和道德观，总有一天，我们的努力会让很多人认同我们的。

希望我们COOLMAN的团队永远坚守着我们的理念。
